Lisa is a well-experienced Executive Search, leadership assessment and solutions practitioner and advisor, with experience serving Consumer, Food & Beverage, and Industrial markets, including Vice President through C-Suite engagements.
Process and outcome driven, she has a successful track record of delivering executive search and leadership solutions to client organizations from lower to middle market companies to Fortune 100 global organizations. Lisa currently serves lower to middle market businesses including Private Equity operating companies, and privately owned and operated companies where her high touch approach is valued and impactful.
As a strategic value partner, Lisa helps clients advance their business missions by elevating their leadership through executive search, executive assessment, and leadership lifecycle solutions. She is known for her transparent, hands-on, and authentic operating style, and she is described as an articulate and candid communicator.
Lisa launched her executive search career following her experience within a Private Equity environment. As an Associate in a premier boutique search firm, she progressed to Principal before earning Partner roles in three global executive search firms. Lisa’s foundational experience on a leadership track with IBM enabled progressive roles across multiple locations, while earning her master’s in communication, with a focus on Organizational Development.
Present and past affiliations include, The Perth Leadership Institute, Association for Talent Development, HR and Human Capital organizations, Women in the Boardroom, and The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Lisa is the author of Mind Knots: Understanding the Cognitive and Emotional Biases That Prevent Rational Leadership. An invited guest on many podcasts, Lisa shares insights from her research and work that led her to write the book. She is quoted in the book, From Cinderella to CEO, by Cary Broussard, and was interviewed and featured in Authority Magazine, by Doug Noll, highlighting her insights on Leading From The C-Suite: Five Things You Need To Be A Highly Effective C-Suite Executive. Lisa’s articles have been published in Training Industry Magazine, Chief Executive Magazine, and the American Management Association among other business publications.
A native Northeasterner, Lisa (and her cowgirl boots) relocated to Austin, Texas in July 2024.
